Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our products fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and under law.
